  • Human advantages at the Aerospace Energy Storage Technology Research and Development Centre

    • Shen Zexiang: PhD in Physics from University of London, the United Kingdom. He is currently the Project Director of the Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, Co-Director of the Advanced Photon Technology Centre, Professor of the School of Mathematical Sciences and of the School of Materials Science
    • He mainly engages in research studies on graphene production and physical properties, research studies on batch production method of graphene and its applications in energy storage
    • Professor Shen is also pursuing long-term research studies on nano-imaging and spectroscopy. Professor Shen was awarded scholarship under the Overseas Research Scholarship (ORS) in United Kingdom, and was the winner of the Best Doctorate Dissertation Award in Spectroscopy granted by King’s College of the University of London, Excellent Research and Innovation Award granted by Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and the Excellent Research Gold Prize granted by the Physics Society in Singapore
     
    • Lin Jianyi: PhD in Chemistry from Stanford University in the United States, Chief Scientist of the Institute of Chemical and Engineering Sciences (ICES) in Singapore. He is currently a Project Consultant for the ICES battery materials research project, and a part-time professor of the Department of Physics of National University of Singapore (NUS)
    • He mainly engages in research studies on anode materials for new lithium batteries and electrolyte performance and research studies on their production and preparation processes
     
    • Wu Congxiao: PhD in Electrochemisty of Chinese Academy of Sciences, post-doctorate of Yeager Center for Electrochemical Science, and of Case Western Reserve University
    • She was one of the founders of lithium battery in China and the sole talent in the profession of lithium battery under the Thousand Talents National Plan. She created the non-consecutive production model for lithium ion battery and commenced industrialization of lithium ion battery with an investment amount equal to only 1% of the amount invested in Japan compared. Currently, she is an expert member of the Direct Current Expert Committee of the China Southern Power Grid
     
    • Zeng Guangshang: expert in aerospace server systems and intelligent machinery, and expert on the application of high performance lithium battery and its management system in aerospace systems
    • Fellow of Chinese Academy of Engineering, one of the major founders of aerospace thrust vector server control technology in China
    • He has achieved breakthroughs in scientific technology continuously and leaped up 7 technological grades successively, pushing the thrust vector server control technology in China to the world advanced level, and surpassed the embargo and blockade outside China by conducting independent self-developed researches and manufacturing of almost 100 types of server controls and power measurement devices, and a full set of professional new technology was developed in filling in the blanks in China
     
    • Liu Zhusheng: Fellow of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and expert in aerospace system engineering
    • He mainly engages in aerospace master designs and the applications of energy storage system and power system in the aerospace area
    • He was responsible for the research and manufacture of the core technology for Long March – 2E, the first strapped carrier rocket of China on the booster strap separation system, putting forth proposal on the strap separation solution, and doing the design of strap separation structure in filling in the blank space of carrier rocket strap technology in China and facilitating China to enter the list of most advanced countries in the world with strapped carrier rockets
